When we called Mr. Mike’s Plumbing Calgary, we appreciate how quick their response team was in gathering all the necessary information about our plumbing issues.
We love how they check their schedule and are able to move things around to accommodate the urgency.
Additionally, the plumbers showed up on time, which is important during emergency cases. We also admire that their staff would inform clients if the plumber is already on his way, which minimizes anticipation.
What’s great about them is that they take their time in fully inspecting the plumbing system, ensuring that all issues will be covered. We also appreciate that they carefully explain the troubleshooting steps and repair process to the clients, keeping them in the loop.
On top of that, they will even give tips for any future issues their clients may encounter, which we think is a thoughtful touch.
Another thing that we like about this plumbing company is that they check the other plumbing lines that could cause future issues, but won’t pressure their clients to have it repaired on the spot.
This allows the customers to prepare ahead of time, which we love.
However, we find their services to be a bit costly compared to the others. Those who may be working on a budget may have to look for another provider.

We love that My Calgary Plumber can immediately send a plumber on the same day we called their services, making them a reliable option for urgent plumbing repair needs.
What’s great about them is that they can address various plumbing needs in a residential space such as bathroom plumbing, toilet plumbing, kitchen plumbing, and even drain cleaning.
It’s great that the plumbing team expects the site well enough, ensuring that they inspect all areas that will be covered. This allows them to provide the right quotation for us, which we love.
Additionally, we appreciate that the assigned plumber was honest about the different options that he can do, including the corresponding rates for them. We love that they thoughtfully align, allowing clients to be part of the decision making.
Before leaving the site, we love that the plumber would double check his work, just to see if he got everything addressed.
In line with this, we love that their plumbers are proactive enough to ask clients if they can check the other plumbing connections at home, just to make sure that everything is working properly. They don’t even charge for this!
However, we find that their warranty policy has not been explained well. If this is a main concern, make sure to align with the company first before availing their services.

I must have called 12 companies to come fix it and they all refused as i am a renter, my landlord is away on vacation in Hong Kong and told me to deal with anything that comes up. This company was quick to come have a look and advised me that my water tank was no good and i needed a new one. They arrived the next day and had everything done while i was away on vacation. On top of that, the list of their services is listed onsite, allowing clients to verify what the company can offer even before calling them.
We admire the dispatch team for sending updates from time to time. It’s also great that they give us a report about the assigned technician and the expected time of arrival.
What’s great about this company is that they try to troubleshoot the problem while waiting for the parts to be delivered. Because of this, customers can still utilize the faulty system with caution.
Moreover, we love that their plumbers take their time in outlining all the options after the diagnosis. We even admire them for suggesting cheaper options that won’t sacrifice the quality of their work.
It’s worth noting, however, that their diagnosis fee is a bit expensive. Clients may not be able to reimburse the fee even if they won’t proceed with the service.

Barry assessed and discussed work required for my sign-off prior to proceeding. He was very professional and did a great job. “Mr Router did a great job lining our sewer pipe. Staff were knowledgeable , courteous and had given us exact information in terms of costs etc., repairs and time involved Dealing with our Insurance company. Mr.Rooter provided us with their Insurance specialist to deal with our Insurance Co at no charge, which made dealing for coverage very straight forward. 8 days later we had a plugged kitchen sink. Staff had a very difficult time finding the blockage. Several staff worked to find the cause and our issue will be repaired. Getting Mr. Router to do your plumbing work, large or small, you will not be disappointed. Staff go above and beyond to do repairs. Staff involved were: Jeffrey, Jason,Jeremy and others.”

“I am very pleased to say ” you guys Rock!” My mom called me and said her hot water tank was leaking. She is pretty capable 83-year-old young lady, but still needed to have some help. I suggested she call Pete the Plumber as they have an emergency line. We had them install a new hot water tank about a year and a half ago and we’re very impressed with the service and the price. She called them and they were able to fit her in this afternoon within probably two hours of her discovering the problem. She was super pleased.
