Agents of the Howard Team have been Calgary realtors for over 2 decades. In that time, they’ve become very knowledgeable about the city, its neighborhoods, and its real estate market.
This gives them an edge when handling properties. They know how to present your home in the best way possible to get an ideal offer.
That being said, some of their listings do take as long as 6 months to sell, which can seem disheartening. But that’s only because they’ll be fighting for your best interests during the negotiation.
They’re one of the more proactive realtors out there as well. Even without prompting them or following up, you’ll just be surprised that they’re calling you regularly with updates and occasionally good news.
But what really makes them a great choice is how approachable they are. They’re very friendly while still being professional, effectively easing all of the stress and worries that come with buying or selling a property.
